The Star Residences, Tower 1, is a soaring 53-storey mixed-use tower incorporating residential, hotel and retail amenities. Scope of works:
From the early stages of the project, OZLEC have installed a range of services. See listed below:
- Cable installation to Ground floor level from 50-storeys and above
- Low-Voltage cable installation of approximately 15,000m (Cable tray & Underground)
- Lowering of electrical cable with mechanical assistance
- Both underground and cable tray installation
